It seems to be a popular word in today’s society … and that word is narcissism.

Here’s the real reason you need to protect yourself, and that is because of its relationship to criminal behavior.

I was interviewing a psychiatrist recently and she told me that if a person has been bullied, invalidated, or abused by a narcissist, the average therapist probably won’t help. Because getting over abuse from a narcissist actually requires someone trained in criminal psychology.

So I wanted to research it for myself. And I hope today’s episode inspires you to do the same.
