Two of our soul’s biggest lessons are discernment and choice.

But these aren’t just lessons that we came here to learn … we came here to MASTER them.

Why?

Because we’ve wanted to integrate one simple truth: That ALL is already given, both good and bad, and when we can discern which is which, we have a choice in which one we’ll go with.

Without discernment, though, would we make the right choice?

Discernment is different than judgment, simply because judgment can sometime take on a spirit of punishment or bullying. Discernment is actually “the act of perceiving”. When we perceive a situation through the eyes of Ego (frustration, indecision, anger) we see things one way … but when we perceive a situation through the eyes of Love (compassion, gratitude, patience) then our perception takes on a more positive outlook. This positive outlook is what helps us to navigate our Soul’s Plan.

What we came to learn and to integrate is that “All is already given” which means we have a choice in how we perceive. We can perceive something as a blessing or as a curse, and BOTH options are given. We can have EITHER experience. It’s up to us to CHOOSE.

What’s most important? Our choice of frequency (negative or positive) can change the course of our journey.
